Michelle was introduced to yoga by a fellow pediatrician as a way to exercise and modulate stress. Being a busy mom and physician, yoga gave Michelle an avenue to fitness, as well as mindfulness! As Michelle's kids at home and in the practice have "aged," she has come to realize that the toll of daily pressures on our young people can be far greater than that on adults. Michelle hopes to bring the joy and mindfulness of yoga to her patients and their families as an accompaniment to routine medical care.
